We provide paid programming consulting for full-stack web application development, including scoped build work and technical advisory engagements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a signed statement of work (SOW) or advisory agreement.
Quotes and payment
Website copy may mention starting estimates; binding prices appear in your SOW. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) within fourteen days. Late payments may pause work after notice.
Client responsibilities
You will provide timely access to stakeholders, repositories, test environments, and third-party credentials required for the scope. Delays caused by missing access may shift milestones.
Intellectual property
Unless the SOW states otherwise, upon full payment of applicable fees, you receive ownership of custom code written for you during the engagement. Pre-existing tools and general know-how remain ours.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect non-public information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality survives termination for three years.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Kuala Lumpur. Consumers may also refer eligible claims to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this site. Material changes will not affect signed SOWs already in force.
